On the pursuit towards health and fitness (Handstands @ 90):
Do you have the maturity to listen to your body?
Do you have the discipline to keep up with your routine day-in-day-out?
Do you have the focus to block out all distractions when you train?
Do you have the patience to experiment with your body over long periods of time?
Do you have the perspective to judge the impact of your pursuits on your life?
Do you have realistic expectations coupled with burning motivation to achieve those goals?
Most importantly, can you distinguish the thin line between obsessive dedication and persistence.

And finally, do you feel that everything that you do every day is worth it?

I know I can’t do everything I put forth in this post, but the closest one can get, is to always pursue awareness; always be questioning, then question some more.
